Mammut

Mammut is a Swiss company specializing in high-quality outdoor gear and apparel, catering to activities like hiking, climbing, mountaineering, and skiing. The brand is known for its innovation, durability, and performance-driven products, ranging from technical clothing and footwear to ropes and safety equipment.

As a designer on the Mammut account at DEPT® agency, I develop creative solutions that align with the brand’s core values of quality, innovation, and outdoor performance. My work includes designing promotional materials, digital campaigns, and product visuals that capture Mammut’s adventurous spirit and Swiss heritage. I focus on creating designs that resonate with a global audience of outdoor enthusiasts, blending technical precision with compelling storytelling to strengthen the brand’s identity.

Earth Day 2024 Campaign: Creative Concepting and Design Execution

This mini-campaign allowed me to take a fresh approach to design for Mammut. Centered around Earth Day, I explored the theme deeply, incorporating grainy textures and adjusting the colorization across all imagery to achieve an earthy aesthetic. Subtle mountain patterns behind the models within the frames helped reflect the brand’s outdoor ethos. To enhance the project’s character, I introduced white outlines to frame the models, drawing attention to them and their activity—trail running. This campaign provided a unique opportunity to push creative boundaries while staying true to Mammut’s identity.

The GIFs below, which I designed for the email newsletter assets, were a fun way to blend photoshoot imagery with product highlights, showcasing the models wearing the products for advertising purposes.
